Meter reading is all about accuracy and customer service. The difference between a quality meter reading department and a mediocre one is training. We continue to set new accuracy records. Our current accuracy ratio is .99.98% for more than 40 meter readers.
Our training and mentoring program allows inexperienced meter readers to contribute to a productive work force without adversely affecting overall accuracy ratios. Our veteran meter readers frequently have zero errors per month, keeping the overall average at exceptional levels.
Employees are frequently evaluated on accuracy and customer service skills and must pass routine drug screens.

With today's increased awareness on security and safety, it is important that employees' uniforms are clearly identifiable and our vehicles are clean and recognizable. Our personnel wear company badges that identify them as SES employees and as contractors for the utility they represent.

We have created a classroom atmosphere that fosters a continuous learning experience in topics such as energy diversion, hazardous conditions, safety and defensive driving.
To keep costs down, our technical specialist monitors routes and creates the most efficient routing patterns.
