Safety is the most important factor in our work and SES is committed to maintaining a safe work environment. At SES, safety is never compromised for the benefit of the company's bottom line. Our Safety Department does not have a budget. We feel we will spend whatever it takes to keep our employees safe.



> SES is a Drug Free Company!
SES has an extremely aggressive Substance Abuse Program. All new employees are subject to pre-employment screening. SES has random quarterly screening of the workforce. ALL safety incidents require an immediate Substance Abuse Screen following the incident.



> SAFETY is #1 at SES!
All SES employees are required to attend at least one monthly Safety Meeting. The meetings are tailored to individual crafts. Most crews conduct daily “tailboards” to identify the risks that could be encountered with each new day. All our employees are provided proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for their craft.



> SES is committed to DOT!
SES does extensive DOT monitoring on all our drivers. We offer Behavioral as well as Defensive driving courses to our employees. SES subscribes to a “Back In Only” policy as well as the “Circle Of Safety” program where every driver must place green cones in the front and rear of the vehicle every time it is parked.
