>SES Safety Procedure Southwest Energy Solutions Safety Procedure is designed to set guidelines for both office personnel and field employees as to the importance of a safety-minded employee. Supervisors and employees are responsible for providing a safe work environment. It is Southwest Energy Solutions' philosophy that safety awareness is critical to the success of the Company.
>General Guidelines All employees are responsible for their own actions and adherence to the Company Safety Manual and to report any unsafe actions by other employees, general contractors, subcontractors, or other business associates. All safety violations will be recorded and filed in the employee's personnel file. If the violation is of a serious nature, or if the employee accumulates excessive safety violations, corrective actions will be taken up to and including termination.
Superintendents are responsible for scheduling safety meetings in a timely manner and to ensure that proper documentation is completed. Each employee should go through an annual review for the safety concerns regarding their specific job functions.
Failure to act in a safety conscious manner or to promote a safe work environment will invoke corrective action up to and including termination.
All employees are responsible for understanding and following the Company's Safety Manual.
SES strictly adheres to the Smoke-free Arizona Act.
Smoking is prohibited in all company facilities and vehicles,
and within 20 feet of building entrances (except for designated
smoking patios), operable windows and ventilation system air
intakes. Thank you for complying with this state law.
