Drug use and alcohol consumption while on the job poses unreasonable and unacceptable safety risks not only to the user, but also to fellow employees and other contractors who may be working with or near the user.
To ensure a safe environment, all employees (CDL holders or not) are drug screened the day of hire. In addition to pre-screening the employees before they can start work, SES conducts random, quarterly drug screening on all employees, including office personnel. Smoking is prohibited in all company facilities and vehicles,
and within 20 feet of building entrances (except for designated
smoking patios), operable windows and ventilation system air
